NFL Catch-Up

Well, since I haven't done the totals for the past three weeks, I'd better catch up. This week we tied at 10-6. Last week Eeyore was 10-6 while I was 8-8. The week prior to that I was 10-6 while she was 8-8. So basically the past three weeks saw us end up with equal 28-20 records. Overall that makes her 137-86 (.614) while I am 130-93 (.583). The good news is that my fantasy team won this week to advance to the conference championship. This is the first time that I've won two playoff games in all the years I've had a team. Ph34r the Wombats!

As an aside, I liked the comment that Michael Rosenberg of the Detroit Free Press had about Sunday's "epic" Lions-Packers game: "We now know what happens when the unwatchable force meets the irrelevant object. The Packers beat the Lions, 17-9, in a game that had serious repercussions for anybody who watched it."
