.Plans fixed again -- 2:57 pm CST, Update by The Master

Well, I did some research into why our plan tracker wasn't updating, and it turns out Webdog hasn't been updating their static .plan tracker files, so I went a different route (the same one used to pull the news site updates) and that's working, so everything in plan tracker land should be good now. Crossing my fingers . . .
