Trying out Thunderbird -- 2:34 pm CST, Update by The Master

I decided to bite the bullet today and try out Mozilla Thunderbird. So far? I'm VERY impressed.

I have been a Pegasus Mail user since I got away from mail and pine from my college VAX days. Pegasus has gotten extremely long in the teeth (even with the new beta version) and I was yearning for a change. While I like gmail, and use it regularly, I like to have a real mail client as well. Thunderbird is very impressive. If you want to get away from Outlook or Pegasus, this is a very good option.

Update! I wrote an actual article on how to do the conversion! A.T. - try not to have a heart attack :-)
