Beginning of the End for SCO?

Groklaw posted a detailed account of the latest legal wrangling between SCO and IBM. SCO has basically dropped the trade secret claims. The "copyright infringement" that the media outlets are talking about deal with the fact that IBM did not immediately stop selling AIX even though they told them too. IBM appears to have no interest in settling, but are going the "grind into itty pieces" route. Good for them. I also like how they are using Darl's claim of "millions of lines" against him by basically saying, "Oh yeah? Well, you didn't show it by January." Groklaw also has IBM's latest response to SCO up for your perusal. Thar's some legal kiester-kicking in there. For one last bit of fun, here's the best headline I've seen about the whole thing: SCO files for temporary restraining order against reality. Pure comedy gold.
