Good Eats

I love food shows. I have no idea why -- I can burn boiling water. My favorite is Alton Brown's Good Eats, a food show that looks at food from the science side of cooking. AB does a great job of breaking down food and cooking, and explains all those weird cooking terms you see in recipies. Today, Alton answers some questions from Slashdot readers. Some good stuff in there.

A.T. Hun comments: Back in my single days, I used to watch Graham Kerr's show whilst eating lunch. That way I could pretend that my can of SpaghettiOs was really a gourmet meal. Thankfully, my wife is a very good cook so I don't have to pretend anymore.
