libSDL 1.2.6 Released -- 10:33 pm CST, Update by A.T. Hun

Version 1.2.6 of the Simple DirectMedia Layer has been released! This one includes a fix so that you can play SDL-based games at a resolution other than your desktop resolution without any refresh rate weirdness. That will help with games like UT2K3 and Neverwinter Nights in Linux, not to mention LBreakout2. Thanks Linux Games.

Blaster.B Suspect Arrested -- 10:13 pm CST, Update by A.T. Hun

The FBI has arrested a Minnesota teenager for allegedly hacking together the Blaster.B worm. Besides computers his hobbies include fudge, at least if the picture is any indication. If he is in fact guilty, I hope the FBI nails him to the wall.

Pondering the Imponderable -- 10:31 pm CST, Update by A.T. Hun

My fantasy football league had their draft tonight. This is my sixth season (I think) in a fantasy league and the first time I've been able to be there for the draft. Hopefully my Fightin' Wombats can advance further in the playoffs this year. Of course, this all means that Eeyore and I will be doing our best Carnack the Magnificent impressions and picking the NFL games for your amusement and amazement, mocking and derision. The season kicks off on Thursday! Joy!
