SCO vs. BayStar *DING* -- 2:38 pm CST, Update by The Master

That's right, kids, BayStar wants its money back. That's to the tune of $20 million. Ah, the sound of financial bombs falling on SCO's HQ. What a lovely whistling sound >:-)

A.T. Hun comments: I think I feel a solitary tear welling up in my left eye. This would be a major blow for SCO since all they've been doing is bleeding capital. They claim BayStar isn't right, but I don't think they can afford to fight a legal battle over it. Of course, I don't think they can afford to lose that kind of dough either.

If you are a resident of the U.S., this is your official friendly reminder that you have just over half of a day to get your taxes done and mailed out. Don't worry, I won't torment you by saying that I got mine done last month. Nor would I stoop so low as to say something like, "Neener, neener, neener."
