Pondering the Imponderable

Well, it's good to be back at home after my conference this week. I found out just how cool it is to have an MP3 player in my car. Despite making a trip that was 2.5 hours one way, I kept my Blues MP3 disc in the whole time. I've got about 12 albums on there in 128K MP3s so I actually only listened to about half of it. It's nice to not have to risk life and limb just to change a CD all of the time.

Freelancer...Gold?

Well, it isn't a primary source, but Lancer's Reactor is reporting that Freelancer has gone gold. Might want to wait for a more official source before breaking out the beer, but it'll be cool if it's true.

A.T. Hun comments: It's been confirmed. The game has gone gold and will appear in stores on March 4. I hope there's a demo to try out. And here I wasn't going to buy anymore Windows games . . .
