Romero Interview -- 9:05 am CST, Update by The Master

Escapist Magazine did an interesting interview with John Romero. There's not a lot of meat, but the spin placed on the questions was very interesting, and Romero's responses were very level-headed and good reading. His final comment on Daikatana was hilarious as well.

State of 3D -- 1:46 pm CST, Update by The Master

Tom's Hardware has posted a new article discussing the graphics "state of the art". While I realized that power requirements have been going up for new systems, they're talking about 1 kW power supplies. I need to get a new cooling tower constructed in the back yard. Good grief.

J.t.Qbe comments: I wonder if you'll be able to run that from an ordinary outlet or if you'll need to have your computer room wired for 240. That's what you need for 1.5 kilowatt ham radio amps.
